normReflect(incoming: Vector2, axis: Vector2, out?: Vector2): Vector2
Calculates the reflection of one normalized vector against an axis
Parameters
- incoming: Vector2
  Left operand
- axis: Vector2
  Right operand
- Optionalout: Vector2 = ...
  Optional vector to store the output (can be used to inject results into an existing vector)
Returns Vector2
