Calculate whether two polygons overlap or not
Parameters
- A: Polygon
  The first polygon
- B: Polygon
  The second polygon
- Optionaloverlap: Overlap
  Optional Overlap object to contain information about the results
Returns boolean
Whether there was an overlap or not
